Queens will make their first visit to New Douglas Park in three years on Saturday as they try to produce their first ‘double’ of the season. Back on September 10th Queens recorded their first league win of the season by beating the Accies 1-0 at Palmerston and in doing so handed Hamilton their first league defeat.

Queens do not have a very good winning record at Hamilton, their last league victory coming back in March 2006,but they will be boosted by the fact that the Accies have a very poor home record, and have conceded in every home league game so far this season, as well as having only won 2 league games at New Douglas Park in their last 25, although this season they have also won 3 home games in the Ramsdens Cup on the way to reaching the Final against Falkirk. Leading scorer(league games)is defender Mark McLaughlin with 4 goals.

  1. Kevin Smith for 1st scorer at Hamilton please
