It was a familiar story for Queens at Hamilton on Saturday, as two late goals sent them crashing to the bottom of the table as they suffered their 7th league defeat of the season. After falling behind, Queens got themselves back into the game when Kevin Smith headed an equaliser following a corner from Allan Johnston, and just when it seemed as though they might hang on for a welcome point, goals in the 82nd and 90th minutes won the game for the home team. So it’s back to the drawing board for Queens as they aim to keep in touch with the rest of the teams around them, it’s by no means disastrous at this stage, but an improvement in form really needs to happen sooner rather than later.
