Queens capitulated in the 2nd half of this game, where they gifted visitors Falkirk 3 of their 4 second half goals in a game that showed exactly why Queens are having such a bad season. This latest defeat, their ninth already this season, sees Queens being kept off of bottom place by Ayr on goal difference, but the team from Somerset Park have two games in hand and will be quietly confident of being able to overhaul their near neighbours.

Queens next outing is the Boxing Day game at Firhill, where they have already been beaten earlier in the season, and as the game will mark the half-way stage of the campaign, it is vital that Queens begin to pick points as soon as possible if they are to get themselves clear of the bottom part of the table.
