Queens leading scorer Nicky Clark has been joined in first place by Rangers’ Andy Little in the race for this season’s Ginger boot. The Queens marksman has now scored 21 league goals from 27 starts, whilst the Rangers youngster has scored the same total from just 23 games. The first division’s leading scorer, Lyle Taylor, is just a single strike behind the top pair, from a total of 27 starts as his team head to Livingston for tomorrow’s game.

The Falkirk striker has failed to score in his side’s last 4 games, but previous to that, he hit a double in the home win against Livingston. Rangers’ current leading scorer, Little is the man in form at the moment with 9 goals from his last 6 games, and with his side kicking-off early in their game at Elgin tomorrow, he has the chance to move nearer to the award before his closest challengers begin their games. Nicky Clark has found the net just 5 times in the last 8 Queens games, which represents a bit of a slump for the former Peterhead player, although he has scored in all three league games so far against tomorrow’s opponents, Arbroath.
